Tanning Add-On: $15/month per member
One-Time Access Fee: $15. This provides access to our mobile app, a digital key card, and one physical key card
Gym Membership Service Fee: $30 for Single, $50 for Couple, $70 for Family (up to three members; increases by $20 for each additional family member).
ACH or Credit Card Required: Monthly paying memberships require ACH or credit card for payment. (Return Item / Late Fees: $20 return fee assigned if electronic payments default – $10 late fee assigned after ten days past due.)
Cash Payments: Prepay Memberships and Guest Passes are our only offerings that accept cash. (Prepays are non-refundable. Exceptions included are associated with medical, LEO, or MIL necessity.)
30-Day Written Cancellation Policy: All recurring payments within 30 days after a written cancellation request is received will process as scheduled. Then, they are cancelled.
Discounts: Group rate discounts are available for Contract and No Contract Single Memberships only. Multiple discounts do not apply.
